what is your cancellation policy ?

If you change your mind about wanting your order before 6 am mountain standard time the next day , message me & I will cancel your order & refund you !

If have question about your order that need to be answered , I expect a response the next business day by 6 am Mountain standard time

If I do not get a response I have the right to cancel your order and not refund you !

Refund policy

Refund policy , if an item arrives broken please immediately send me an email with the picture of the broken item upon opening the package and I can refund you for the item or send a replacement ( melted items don't count unless the packaging is broken as well )
